How to Make a Floral Crown (and a Maternity Photo Shoot Sneak Peek)

Last night, my super talented friend took my maternity photos. I never really wanted to do maternity pics with the boys. I didn’t feel all that pretty during their pregnancies and was glad to document them with a few photos here and there, but that was about it. This time though, I don’t know if it’s the fact that I’m carrying this baby so differently or simply the fact that I’m having a baby girl, but I just feel really good about my bump.

So during one of our monthly switch-a-roos where I get the itch to move around furniture, we brought the tv upstairs and made our former dining room into a tv room. We have a super long living room, so we simply made it serve double duty as both living room and dining room, thus freeing up the old dinning room to become a tv room! So, after scouring Pinterest for hours and watching countless Youtube videos, I finally am starting to pick up on it. This being a girl business is hard…

In other hair news, an item that is slightly more interesting than my learning to braid, I have a great hair tip for you today.  Continue reading “DIY Dry Shampoo (Because who wants to wash their hair every day?)”
