Winter and springtime in Northeast Ohio can be a dark and dreary place. Sure, right now there is snow on the ground and the sun is out, but there are many more days ahead where it will just be gray skies and muddy ground for days on end. It can get pretty depressing.
I’m not a psychologist, nor do know much about Seasonal Affective Disorder, but I do have first experience with the winter blues (or winter blahs, depending on the day).
